Summary:

Call Center Retention Agents at SatCom Marketing in Fort Myers FL, represent and produce results for client contracts and client call campaigns. Whether it is service, price, or preventing pending disconnection, the Retention Agent must be attentive to all difficulties that customers may face. Retention Agents additionally set up and deliver mobile services for our respective clients and earn $5 in commission for each mobile sale made plus monthly incentives for each line sold. Our Retention Agents earn an average of $600.00 or more of uncapped commission before being doubled! Our Retention Agents provide the finest customer experience for the client’s customers. If you are a candidate with excellent communication skills, who is self-motivated and technically savvy, and who is interested in gaining/adding experience and growing within our industry, we are interested in having you join our team.

  • Commissions earned for Agents have the opportunity to DOUBLE and there is no limit to how much commission an Agent can earn each week. We provide numerous amounts of overtime for our Agents with monthly, weekly, and daily incentives for consistent effort provided for meeting client(s) production and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire product knowledge about all retention campaigns
  • The retention agent is responsible for promoting the client’s products, services, and features in order to preserve and strengthen the client-customer relationship.
  • Responsible for applying correct promotions and validating account/authorized users in the billing system for the customer.
  • Responsible for adhering to the policies and requirements of the retention department.
  • Accountable for the start of the sale to the end of the order entry process.
  • Demonstrating both effort and attention to detail.

Essential Duties

  • Must be able to navigate the client billing system and follow a call flow (multitask)
  • Must possess basic computer skills and knowledge.
  • Must be able to remedy problems in real time during live calls
  • Must be empathetic and provide an accurate analysis of the customer’s account/bill.
  • Maximize the opportunity to retain customers by providing competitive price/offers, competitor analysis to address pricing/service problems.
  • Notify management of any pricing discrepancies or difficulties that may emerge.
  • Comprehend any new offer modifications, consumer complaints or requests.
  • Capable of escalating client complaints to the management level
  • Onsite paid training
  • Training classes conducted every two weeks on Monday
  • Bi-Lingual Agents encouraged to apply

Pay: $14.50 – $20.00 per hour
